Predominant emotions can be fear, anxiety, anger, frustration, sadness, or some combination of these. We may not be able to get away from the stress of this pandemic, but we can certainly manage it in a healthier way, and that is even more important today. Using the SHiFT process, we can move from fear to freedom, even during this pandemic.
