In honor of all the hardworking mothers pressing into a wild season of many hats at home, we have asked a powerhouse leader, Julie Nestelberger, in the body mechanic space to create an hour to give mom’s (and anyone else) a chance to kick-start their week with an hour of stillness, breathing, and stretching.

Julie Nestelberger is a hairdresser by day, yogi by morning and night.

“My goal is to make you feel good about yourself, whether through shaping your hair or body. Feeling beautiful inside and out is important, and that’s why I created Beautiflow, a combination of these two practices. Take an hour out of the day to get in touch with your thoughts and connect with others to feel renewed, refreshed, restored, and beautiful during this difficult time. What better way to release any negativity than through breathing, simple meditation, and moving your body. Can’t wait to see you! “
